My Fiat 500 is making a weird noise any garage suggestions?

I've had my little Fiat 500 for about two years now, and honestly, I really love that car. It's perfect for getting around the city, parking is never an issue, and it just has this fun personality that bigger cars don't have. But last week, something started sounding off. Every time I accelerate from a stop, there's this low grinding noise coming from the front, almost like metal rubbing against metal. It doesn't happen all the time, which is the weird part, so I kept telling myself maybe I'm imagining it. But yesterday my friend rode with me and heard it too, so now I know I'm not crazy. I really don't want to ignore it and end up with a much bigger problem later.

I asked a couple of local garages near my place, but most of them said they don't really work on Fiats because they say parts are hard to find or they don't have the right diagnostic tools. One guy was honest and told me straight up that bringing a European car to a general workshop is risky because they might mess something up trying to figure it out. That actually scared me a bit because I don't want someone learning on my car. So now I'm searching around for a place that actually knows these little Italian cars. I came across a recommendation online for Fiat repair services in Abu Dhabi, and the reviews seemed pretty positive from what I could see, mostly from people who own the same model as mine.

Before I call them and book anything, I wanted to ask here if anyone has personal experience taking their Fiat to a specialist shop. Did you notice a big difference compared to regular garages? Were the prices reasonable or did they charge extra just because it's a European brand? Also, how do you know if a mechanic actually knows what they're doing versus just pretending? I really like my car and want to keep it running well for a few more years, so any honest advice from fellow Fiat owners would mean a lot to me right now.
