Cayenne started bouncing like a lowrider on Sheikh Zayed Road and now I'm paranoid to drive it

Took the Cayenne out for a proper drive to Abu Dhabi last weekend and somewhere around the halfway point I hit a small dip in the road and the whole thing just kept bouncing like it was on a trampoline for a good few seconds after and my passenger looked at me like what on earth is wrong with your expensive German SUV and I just pretended I didn't notice while internally screaming because I know the PASM shocks on these things are basically a mortgage payment each when they fail and I've been ignoring the slightly floaty feeling for months because I didn't want to face reality. Started doing some research and apparently the front struts on the 958 generation are known to leak around this mileage and if you let it go too long you end up ruining the upper mounts and the control arms and suddenly a simple shock job turns into a full front end rebuild which is exactly the kind of cascading financial disaster I'm trying to avoid here. I was up late comparing prices and trying to figure out if I should go with the genuine Porsche parts or if the Bilstein replacements that are basically the same thing without the Porsche tax are worth the gamble and I ended up on a page at suspensionrepairdubai.ae/porsche-shock-absorber-replacement that actually explained the difference between the standard and air suspension setups and now I'm thinking I should just get it booked in and diagnosed properly before I end up needing new tires too because the uneven wear is already starting to show on the inner edges. Anyone else with a Cayenne been through this particular wallet draining experience and can tell me if the indy shop route is reliable or if I should just sell a kidney and go to the dealer because I really don't want to be that guy bouncing down the highway looking like I'm driving a clapped out Jetta instead of a Porsche.
