Ghost Series II inspection before buying in Abu Dhabi, anyone done this?

Been on the hunt for a clean used Ghost for a few months now and I finally found a 2016 model over near Al Maryah Island that seems to tick all the boxes, low mileage and the right color combo with the extended leather and lambswool mats still intact, but the seller is a private owner not a dealer and he's been a bit vague about the last service record other than saying it was done at a specialist and I'm just standing here thinking about how a simple air strut replacement on one of these costs more than a whole year of payments on a sensible car, I don't want to walk away from a good deal over paranoia but I also don't want to be the guy who buys a Rolls without checking if the brake pads are actually within spec or if the ZF gearbox has ever seen a fluid change in this climate, I was scrolling through some local service listings last night trying to find a place that actually knows these cars well enough to give it a proper once over and I saw a page that said Learn more about our services tucked in the description for a shop that handles these kinds of inspections, and it got me thinking maybe it's worth dragging the car there just to get a real sense of what I'm walking into before I wire a huge chunk of dirhams over to a stranger, so I guess I'm just throwing this out there to see if anyone in Abu Dhabi has actually gone through a pre purchase inspection on a Rolls and if it saved you from a nightmare or if these cars are generally solid enough that I'm just being overly cautious.
